Responsibilities


Scope of Work

Export
To Coordinate with Ops staff whenever received booking instruction from Costumer
To Clearly indicate any other special requirement (stuffing/trucking requirement, COO, BL release, etc) and communicate to Ops staff
To Communicate sailing schedule, DO and closing time to Costumer
To Coordinate with customs broker for pick up time.
To ensure truck arrangement is in order
To Follow up with Ops / Customs Broker should irregularities occur as notified by customers related to physical condition of cargo/trucks.
General:
Working hour mon-fri, in accordance to Costumer working hour
In the case only for urgency, sat/sun/holidays will be available to come to the office
To monitor original invoice submission to Costumer together with original BL as stipulated on the SOP.
To administer and do filling for necessary documentation (transmittal receipt, etc)
To fill in Statement of Account based upon Transmittal Receipt to customers on weekly/ biweekly basis.



Requirements :



Having at least 2 year experience with similar position In
International Freight Forwarding
Bachelor Degree
Good English both oral & written
Computer literate
Customer satisfaction oriented
Proactive, dedicated, problem solver, good interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge of Sea Freight Operational and clearance procedures
